My practice. and waiting list is full at this time.

 

We will meet together for an initial intake session. Shifting the set point of the nervous system and seeing some change takes time. Change may be easy and swift but more often it is slowly and surely. If we decide to work together it's best if sessions are weekly for the first phase of therapy.

My fee for clients is $200 for a 45 minute session and $270 for an hour extended session (mutually agreed upon ahead of time.)

The intake session fee is $275 for an hour. My consultation fee is $200 for 45 minutes. I am offering in person and online sessions at this time.  Cancellations without 24 hour notice: full fee.

Invoices are provided through IvyPay for each session to submit to your insurance company.

If you have a PPO insurance plan, check your out-of-network benefits for coverage.

It may cover a good portion of the fee.

 

Payment is accepted in the form of credit card or HSA/ HFA through IvyPay before the time of service.  IvyPay is HIPAA compliant and used exclusively by therapists.

Telephone conversations, report writing and report reading, consultations with other providers is my normal fee prorated.
